A Google Business Profile is required in order to receive Google reviews. If your business doesn’t have one yet, simply contact our team and we’ll be happy to help you set it up.

Customers need a Google account to leave a review.

Most smartphone users already have one through services like Gmail, YouTube, or Google Maps, so in most cases, they can leave a review without creating a new account.

Yes — around 90% of smartphones currently in use support NFC, while virtually all modern smartphones can scan QR codes, making TaptapStar compatible with almost any customer’s phone.

Our devices use NFC (Near Field Communication), the same contactless technology you use to make payments with your smartphone.

When a customer taps their phone, the NFC chip simply sends them to your review page. It doesn’t collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Canada & Australia: 6–9 business days
  • Other destinations: 6–9 business days
